      In Aug 10th, 2016, Tongzheng Customer Service Center (CSC) is officially established.

      Tongzheng Customer Service Center receives customer requirements through multiple platforms, including the official WeChat, 400 service line, the official website and the official Tmall flagship store. The service object covers the end consumer, Tongzheng’s gold members, and the gold cooperative partners for decoration. The service scope covers the pre-sales consultation, pipeline design, product installation, pressure testing of water supply pipeline and solutions to the after-sales problems.

      It is through the multi-platform, one-stop quality service, comprehensive personnel allocation, reasonable division of labor and the efficient information flow channels to realize the promotion of integrated services.

      The overall system of Tongzheng Service Support Center is divided into two groups:

      All information flow is closed loop to ensure customer demands can be effectively responded and handled. As the first interface person, Tong Xiaomei needs to be responsible for analyzing the type of demand and making the corresponding assignation of pressure testing orders. Tong Xiaomei will also make a final return visit about the handling result of customer service to ensure that the demand has been effectively solved.

        Drain the air in pipe

        Close the water meter main valve

        Testing begins: ( cold water pipe≥0.9Mpa pressure,hot water pipe≥1.0Mpa pressure)

        Pressure maintaining 30min

        Pressure testing acceptance check

        Check for leakage of solder joints and shoot video

        The pressure maintaining is completed (the pressure drop ≤0.025Mpa is qualified, if unqualified, technician should tell the rectification opinion to the master of water and electricity and reserve the next test)

        Tips for Pressure Testing

        1.Knocking and hitting should be avoided during the process of storage, transportation and installation for pipes and fittings;

        2.When installing the pipe, UV protection should be done;

        3.When installing the pipe, attention should be paid to the working environment temperature. It had better be > 5 ℃. If < 5 ℃, heating time should be extended by 50%;

        4.When the pipe is fused, the connection section of pipes and fittings should be clean, dry and oil-free.
